About the Role
RSE is seeking a motivated and mechanically biased Project Engineer to join our Asset Operations & Maintenance (AO&M) team. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects and seeing them through from initial concept and solution development to installation, commissioning, and handover.
The AO&M team delivers a wide range of maintenance, refurbishment, upgrade, and optimisation projects across the UK water industry, bridging the gap between engineering design, construction, maintenance, and operational performance. Working closely with our clients, suppliers, site teams, and internal disciplines, we provide practical engineering solutions that improve asset performance, reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.

- Supporting installation, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Producing and reviewing project documentation, reports, and technical records.
- Building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
