Due to continued growth within our Chemical & Biological Treatment team, RSE is looking to recruit a Service Engineer to support the installation, delivery, and maintenance of our hire fleet as part of our offering to the Water industry. RSE Hire Solutions is a key service offering to the market, offering a reliable, unique fast past solution to our clients.

As part of the Site Services team, you will support the fleet by overseeing our product installation and carry out any maintenance works as required. This is an attractive role to someone used to “getting things done” and a fast paced environment delivering products to the highest of standards. Some of the equipment you will work on will include kiosks, pumps and piping systems offering chemical dosing solutions.

Please note that this position is field based and there is travel and working away from home required as part of this role with accommodation provided by RSE

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

• Completing electrical, mechanical and controls installation and commissioning works in line with the Company and client standards and procedures.

Due to continued growth, RSE is looking for a Commissioning Engineer to join us on a permanent basis, assisting in the delivery of our projects across Scotland. You will undertake Control, Instrumentation and Electrical works – including installation, testing, commissioning, and fault finding within new and existing MCC’s, industrial instrumentation, analysers, motors, actuators and all other equipment used in the automated control systems associated with RSE products and those used by clients in Water industry.

• Provide a flexible approach to resourcing all commissioning requirements of various projects
• To support the project team by developing commissioning plans, site commissioning files, methodologies, programmes, method statements and risk assessments

What Do You Need?

• Previous experience holding SAP or AP position and of PTW systems

Due to continued growth, WES, part of the RSE Group, is looking to recruit a Service Engineer to support the installation, delivery, and maintenance of our products within the Water industry. You will undertake electrical and mechanical works, including commissioning and fault finding within new and existing equipment.

Please note that this position is field based and there is a requirement of travel involved within this due to site locations.

• Completing electrical and mechanical installation, servicing and maintenance work of chemical dosing equipment.

RSE are recruiting Commissioning Engineers to join us on a permanent basis, assisting in the delivery of projects across the South of England. You will undertake Control, Instrumentation and Electrical works – including installation, testing, commissioning, and fault finding within new and existing MCC’s, industrial instrumentation, analysers, motors, actuators and all other equipment used in the automated control systems associated with RSE products and those used by clients in Water, Chemical Dosing and Petro-chem industries.

• Provide a flexible approach to resourcing all commissioning requirements of various projects
• To support the project team by developing commissioning plans, site commissioning files, methodologies, programmes, method statements and risk assessments

Due to continued growth, WES, part of the RSE Group, is looking for an Electrician to join us on a permanent basis at our Workshop in Pontyclun. You’ll be working with established teams to assist in our continued successful delivery of projects across the UK for our clients within the Water industry.

Some of Your Key Duties Include:

• Install cable containment systems to a high standard safely
• Install, gland, terminate cable systems mainly used in the industrial sector to BS 7671 and supplied drawings
• Install electrical equipment to BS 7671 and manufacturer’s instructions
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
• Work at height to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures (using appropriate safety equipment and adhering to safe working procedures)
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes
• Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous
• Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and standards

What Do You Need?

• Fully qualified electrician with skill in the installation and repair of all types of electrical equipment and components
• Demonstrable experience in electrical systems installation or maintenance will be considered
• ECS Grading Card – must be current/in date (BS 7671 Training, Approved Health and Safety Assessment)
• Knowledge of applicable electrical standards and regulations
• Fully qualified to 18th Edition (required).
• 2391 Testing and Inspection certificate (required).

• Install cable containment systems to a high standard safely
• Install, gland, terminate cable systems mainly used in the industrial sector to BS 7671 and supplied drawings

• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices to ensure compatibility and safety of system
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
• Work at height to install, maintain or repair electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures (using appropriate safety equipment and adhering to safe working procedures)
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes

What Do You Need?

• Fully qualified electrician with skill in the installation and repair of all types of electrical equipment and components

• Provide specialist control system assistance to the Commissioning Teams within the workshop and on site in conjunction with the RSE PM
• Carry out Site Acceptance Testing of the Control System against the SAT document.
• Investigate and provide technical advice and support to the design, delivery, and senior management teams on automation related issues.
• Manage the specification, development, installation, and validation of automation projects within budget and corporate guidelines.

What Do You Need?

• HNC/HND Degree in Engineering or equivalent, with particular emphasis in electrical, mechanical, electronic, automation and/or chemical discipline
• Have a minimum 8-10 years proven ability in the design and commissioning of control and electrical systems associated with process automation, preferably in the Hydro power and Water sector.
• Detailed experience in the development of Control Systems solutions using Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) and HMI/SCADA and Telemetry Systems in the process control environment using one or more of the following manufacturers: Allen Bradley/ Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi
• Experienced working knowledge of Profibus, ProfNet, Ethernet. Modbus and DH+ systems
